About This Competition

JJK Games

Same Sex Teams of 3 competition will be held on Saturday 14th September 2024 at JJK Fitness


This is a functional fitness competition, NOT CrossFit (no gymnastics, barbell snatch etc... however the RX division will more than likely have cleans and jerks)


In-Person

£120 per team (£40 PP)

08:15 - Athlete briefing 

08:30 - Warm up

08:45 - WOD 1 (HEAT 1)

10:45 - WOD 2 (HEAT 1)

12:45 - WOD 3 (HEAT 1)

13:45 - WOD 4 (HEAT 1)

15:30 - PODIUMS
