Sport will cater for anyone from intermediate to advanced (Rx 2 and 3 or RX in the Open) and will focus on competitive fitness, pull-ups, toes to bar, moderate loads for weightlifting with the more complex movements such as muscle-ups, handstand push-ups and handstand walking still being there but with the ability to share the reps throughout your team.
