About This Competition
Embrace the winter chill and join us for a day of Crossfit like never before – the Wolf Pack Winter Warrior Challenge! This one-day competition is a test of strength, endurance, and the unyielding spirit of our Crossfit community.
The Wolf Pack Winter Warrior Challenge will test your mettle against all modalities. You'll be tested in aerobic modalities, gymnastics, and weightlfiting. The most well rounded athlete will come out on top of the pack and become the Alpha.
Join the Wolf Pack, face the frosty elements, and celebrate your victories around the fire as we come together to honor the Winter Warrior within each of us. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to Crossfit, the Wolf Pack welcomes you to a day of fierce competition and undeniable camaraderie. Answer the call, embrace the challenge, and let the howling begin!
RX Individuals will be battling it out for a chance at earning a spot for the Burgener Strength L1 Course July 13-14th at CrossFit Advantage (a $600 value!) and $150 Giant Lifting gift cards
Scaled Individuals will be battling it out for a chance to earn $150 Giant Lifting Gift Card and extras from sponsors.

Standards:
Wall Walks: Athletes will have set hand starting position with chest and thighs on the ground. Before moving the hands, both feet will be on the wall and off the ground. Then the athlete will walk until both hands are in contact with a tape line 30” from the wall, then return the hands to the starting tape mark before letting the feet come down and ends with the chest on the ground.
