Summer Smash is where it all comes together.
It’s not just about testing your fitness - it’s about proving to yourself how far you’ve come.
A moment to step back, take a breath, and say, “Yeah, I did that.”
You’ve put in the work. Now show up, give it everything, and walk out knowing you’ve raised the bar for next year.

**Summer Smash will repeat the same 3 workouts every summer in order to properly test/track progress.**
We’re capping this event at 50 athletes. Whether you’re in it to win or just want to challenge yourself alongside the CFNAC community, lock in your spot now.
EVENT FORMAT (2.5-Hour Cap):
You’ll rotate through all 3 events in waterfall style — everyone begins with the CFNAC Total, then moves through.
When you register, you pick your start time: A guided warm up will start at that time. Think of this as a 2.5 hour class.
Workout 1: CFNAC Total – Strict Press, Back Squat, Deadlift
(Scored based on relative strength: yes, your bodyweight counts!)
Workout 2: Cardio Capacity WOD – Expect intensity and grit
Workout 3: 1 Mile Run – Flat and fast — finish strong
SCORING + PRIZES:
Individual event winners for each challenge
Overall champions based on total scores
These events won’t change in 2026, making this the perfect opportunity to set a benchmark and track your year-over-year progress.

Entry Fee: $50+hst (custom event shirt, prizes)
Event Date: Saturday, August 23rd
Registration Opens: Sunday, July 14th at 9:00 AM
Location: CrossFit Newmarket Central
Heats will begin at 7am and event will end by Noon
