About This Competition
One and All Games is a fun and challenging team fitness event designed to allow people of all fitness backgrounds to test their fitness levels. Teams of four comprising of two males and two females will venture through a variety of unique fitness challenges designed to test fitness levels as well as the ability to work efficiently and effectively as a team.

Workouts
12 Minutes to establish combine snatch total (one female and male)
12 Minutes to establish combine C&J total (one female and male)
For Time
30 Worm G2OH
Athletes will complete obstacle course carrying two sand balls (30kg/40kg)
Passing over walls, under short A-Frames and over tall A-Frames.
The course is completed for time.
On 3-2-1 Go teams will set off on a 1 mile run. After each lap one athlete will drop out into further movements and will be joined by another athlete after each lap until all four athletes are back and they can tackle any remainder work together.
Athletes dropping out will complete the following:-
200 DUs/500 Singles (One you have chosen DUs or Singles then your entire team has to stick)
50 Wall Balls Shots
40 Toes to Bar
50 Wall Ball Shots
30 Paired Toes to Bar
50 Wall Ball Shots
20 Bar Muscle Ups
50 Wall Ball Shots
AMRAP PAIRED BAR MUSCLE UPS
For Time
4 Shuttle Sprints (Each Athlete must complete a shuttle sprint)\
15 Team Over Worm Burpees
2 Partner Carry Lengths
12 Team Over Worm Burpees
1 Team Worm Carry Length
9 Team Over Worm Burpees
12 Minutes to Establish as much row distance (m) as possible
Team must complete as many rounds and reps as possible within the allocated time period:-
40 Kettle Bell Swings
30 S2OH
20 Over Box Burpees
10 Sand Ball Lifts
