About This Competition
The Chase Games Winter 3's is a same sex team functional fitness competition.
We have 2 categories - scaled and rx in both mens and womens teams of 3. The event is held over 1 day and each team will complete 3 workouts. Our RX category is aimed at a higher level of athlete and will be pushed on heavier movements and some gymnastic work, our scaled category is aimed at fitness enthusiasts and requires less competency in the more technical movements.
For both rx and scaled athletes need to be able to perform all basic movements such as rowing, burpees, box jumps, wall balls, KBS etc...
RX Standards - Clean + Jerk 85/55, Snatch 60/40. Dumbbell movements with 22.5's/15's. Gymnastics - toes to bar, chest to bar, BMU (one person in the team only).
Scaled Standards - Clean and Jerk 60/40. Snatch 40/25. Dumbbell movements with 15's/10's. Gymnastics - there won't be any rig work in scaled.
£120 per team entry
Prize pot includes cash for the winners and products from our event sponsors.
We have food and drink provided all day including tea, coffee, soft drinks and alcohol as well as a food vendor.

Each person gets 3 minutes to hit their lift. They can take as many lifts as they wish.
Score is combined total.

Wall balls are with a 9/6 for both rx and scaled.
