NN THROWDOWN - MIXED FOURS
About This Competition
Join us for our 1 day Mixed Fours competition on APRIL 20TH OR 21ST 2024 at NENE TRAINING, Northamptonshire, NN8 1LD.
You can choose one of two categories - EVERYDAY or RX.
EVERYDAY will compete on SATURDAY 20TH and RX will compete on SUNDAY 21ST.
Our event partners, NRG, The Defiant Co, Anti-Social Athletes Club, Aflete Co & CJC Gains will be providing all our podium finishers with awesome prizes!
MOVEMENT STANDARDS - These are a guideline to advise on the most suitable category for you and your team. Not all movements written below are guaranteed to appear in the competition. There will be NO Handstand Walking, Handstand Push-Ups, Push-Ups or Pistol Squats.

- Barbell GTOH 50/35 (1 Male/1 Female)
- Box Step Overs 24/20 Inch (All Athletes)
- Dumbbell Movements 17.5/15/12.5/10 (1 DB per Athlete)
- Kettlebell Movements 16/12 (All Athletes)
- Confidence with Clean and Jerk variations as complexes
- Worm (50kg) movements
RX
- Full Range Bodyweight Movements (All Athletes)
- Toes to Bar (All Athletes)
- Pull-Ups (All Athletes)
- Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (2 Athletes)
- Bar Muscle Ups (1 Athlete)
- Barbell GTOH 60/40 (All Athletes)
- Barbell GTOH 70/47.5 (1 Male/1 Female)
- Box Jumps 24/20 Inch (All Athletes)
