Squad Wars 2022
About This Competition
The 2022 Squad Wars is a go! This is a classic CrossFit event where teams will showcase their skills in lifting, gymnastics, endurance and more!
This event will be teams of 2, same sex teams and atheltes have the option of Scaled or Rx divisions. The standards for each are listed below:
**These should be comfortable working weights. Ones you would typically use in your class setting. If a workout is intended to be "heavier" we reserve the right to increase the listed loads to achieve the desired intensity.**

Clean - Power, Squat, Split all permitted. Then must stand all the way up before starting front squat.
Front Squat - Hips below knees, stand to full extension of knees and hips with elbows in front of the bar
Shoulder to Overhead - strict press, push press, push jerk, split jerk all permitted.
