About This Competition

This is the 1st Edition of the LD Performance Online Throwdown.

 

  • Registration: Registration will open on the 29th April 2018.
    • Categories:

- Individual (Male/Female)

- Masters 40+

- Masters 50+

- Mixed Pairs

- Same Sex Pairs

 

 

You will need to have the valid age on the 1st May 2018.

 

During the qualifiers, please take in account standards for each category.

During score submission, please take in account all video standards (Movement quality, Time taken to complete the wod, Name-Team announcement, Workout number, category, equipment)

 

  • Individual and Team Qualifiers:

07/01/2019 : Workout 1 and 2 Announcement at 8PM UK time

 

20/01/2019 : Submit scores for Wod 1 and 2 before 11pm UK time

 

21/01/2019 : Workout 3 and 4 Announcement at 8PM UK time

 

03/02/2019 : Submit scores for Wod 3 and 4 before 11pm UK Time

 

 

The qualifying round will therefore consist of 2 workouts over 14 days. The athlete/team will need to submit a video along with his/her scores in order to certify them.

 

At the end of the qualifiers, the top athletes of each category will Recieve there winnings.

 

The competition is open to all nationalities.

 

Team members don’t need to be from the same affiliate and will not need to be together for the qualifiers.
