The Workout's will be released on 29th November.
Please bring food so that your can replenish between workouts.

8min AMRAP

Within your pairs you may break up your workout how you wish. Once the exercise has started it must be completed by that athlete. Females must only do 5 calories and males must only do 7.
When approaching the rope Males must complete 2 full ascends before moving on, females must complete 1 full ascend.
Pairs must complete 60 reps of a Clean & Press between them. Within your pairs you can complete as many reps as you wish within the time-cap of 9mins. You go I go. Whist Athlete 1 is lifting, Athlete 2 must hold the bar off the ground. If the bar is dropped by Athlete 2 at any time the Clean & Jerks will not be counted. Both bars can remain on the floor if there are no lifts being attempted.

80 DBU Buy in
60 Wall Balls (You go I go) RX 6kg
40 Syncro Burpees
20 Pullups
10 Toes to Bar
The buy in: Will be completed between the pairs, however if you are unable to complete any Double unders you will simply start at 2 minutes and move on to the Wall Balls.
The Wall Balls: will be performed alternatly. Once Athelte 1 has completed a squat and thrown the ball Athlete 2 must catch and then perform the next repetition. This is repeated until 60 reps is completed.
Syncro Burpees: Pairs must be at the bottom of the movement at the same time upon each rep.
Pullups: Pairs can decide to split the reps or complete without tagging.
Toes To Bars: Pairs can decide to split the reps or complete without tagging.
This is for time and once completed you can then move into Part B of this workout.
AMRAP Box Jumps
Once Part A is completed Part B will start. You will have whatever time is remaining from the original 9min timecap to do as many box jumps as possible.
Males will be performed at 24"
Female will be performed at 20"
Within 10mins you must establish a Push Press 1 Rep Max. Each pairs heaviest lift will be added to make a grand total, this will be your score.
