Welcome to the
"Northwest Arkansas Basement Brawl!"
IT’S TIME!!!
Get ready to bring your best to Northwest Arkansas’ Newest and BIGGEST Local CrossFit Competition.
MENSCH CROSSFIT is opening up our 17,000 sqft facility (5600 sqft of Competition floor) to host, what we hope will become a favorite Summertime CrossFit Team Event.
Like the Title says, we're located in the Basement of the Evelyn Hills Shopping Center directly under G&G Insurance and ArcBest, which allows us to be insulated from the summer heat and creates a vibrant atmosphere when the weights start dropping and the crowd starts yelling!!
There’s plenty of parking upstairs in the Evelyn Hills Shopping Center, so you won’t need to walk very far to get to the event.

Location: Mensch CrossFit, Fayetteville, AR
Structure: 3 person Teams (MMF or FFM)
Divisions: RX and Scaled
Cost: $303**
Registration opens: 2/17/2022 @ 2pm
Registration closed: 6/4/2022
**Registration will still be available (at a discount) until 6/24, or until all spots are filled. An athlete bag and tees will NOT be included with any registration that takes place after 6/4.

Workout flow:
As a team, complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes.
One athlete works at a time and must complete 1 full round before the next athlete begins their round.
Athletes can go in any order and as often as the team decides.

Workout Flow:
2 minutes at each weight/station
:30 second transition (athletes change their own weights)
At "GO", the team will begin performing as many cleans as possible at the first weight.
One athlete works at a time.
At the end of 2 minutes, there will be a :30s slot of time to allow for weight changes.
After the :30s break, the team will begin their second max reps for another 2 minutes.
This will continue for a total of 5 rounds/5 weight increases.
The score will be total number of cleans for all 5 rounds/increases.
*power and squat cleans are permitted

WORKOUT FLOW:
At “Go”: one athlete will begin working on the 60 T2B’s and another will begin Rowing for WOD 6.
One athlete works at a time on WOD 5 and movements are done in the order written.
Athletes can switch as often as the team chooses. This includes switching between the two WODs.
Both WODs end at 8 minutes.
