The Gladiator Gauntlet 2016
WHERE: CrossFitVeni Vidi Vici in Henderson, NV.
WHEN: Saturday January 30, 2016.
This is a spectator friendly event; so bring friends, family, and children. There will be Vendors, food, and fun involvement for spectators as well!
Event scheduled to conclude by 5:00pm.
WODs: Everyone will be guaranteed 4 WODs – Top 6 Male & Female in each division will move on to a 5th WOD

Workouts
Rx - Male & Female: 4 Rounds For Time of:, 300m Row, 10 Deadlift (275/155), 10 Burpees over the Bar // Scaled - Male & Female: 4 Rounds For Time of:, 300m Row,10 Deadlift (205/105), 10 Burpees over the Bar * 10 minute Time Cap* (Each additional rep left after the 10 minutes will be 1 second added to your score.)
Event #2 will be 1 minute of max alternating Pistol Squats for the Rx divisions and max KB Goblet Squats for the Scaled divisions! This will count as a it's own scored event. Then all athletes will have a 1 minute transition leading into event #3 // Rx: Pistol Squats // Scaled: KB Goblet Squat
Athletes will have 3 attempts to find there Max OHS. This event will be on a interval timer for 3 rounds of 25 seconds to lift with a 5 second transitions to the next athlete. Each athlete will be assigned a rack and will take turns lifting. Rack 1 will start event 3 leading in from event # 2's 1:00 minute transition. Rack 1 will have 25 seconds to complete their first lift. There will be a 5 second transition leading into Lifter 2 / rack 2's 25 seconds to complete their lift. We will continue until each lifter has completed 3 attempts. Athletes may add or decrease loads as needed. Only one Athlete will be lifting at a time.
Rx - Male & Female: AMRAP for 7 Minutes of: 5 Hang Cleans (155/105), 5 S2OH (155/105), 5 C2B Pull ups // Scaled - Male & Female: AMRAP for 7 Minutes of: 5 Hang Clean (115/75), 5 S2OH (115/75), 5 Pull ups.
10 minute AMRep of 2 minute intervals of 2 rounds: Snatch Rx: (135/95) Scaled (95/65) & Box Jumps (24"/20") Scaled: Step ups
