Will be 4 Events across the day with first event kicking off 7:30 am.

The annual in-house comp Hybrid Cup is back up for grabs!
A 3 person team event designed to test your team work and fitness.
MUST BE at least 2 Hybrid members in a team of 3

Workouts
12 Minute AMRAP
12 Burpee Over Bar (2 Person Sync - 1 Person Rest)
12 Deadlift, RX - 140KG, INT 110KG (2 Person Work - 1 Person Rest)
12 Muscle Up, INT-Pull Up (1 Person Work - 2 Person Rest)
3,2,1 Go!!
2 people will start lateral burpee over bar (opposite sides of barbell) 1 while 1 person will rest, teams can swap out any member at anypoint throught workout, once completed, teams will move to deadlift complete 12 partnered deadlifts on 1 barbell, 1 member will rest, once complete team's will move to rig where 1 member will work 2 will rest.
Team's can swap out any member at any point throught workout,
12min to find a 1RM Clean and Jerk
Score = Combined total weight successfully completed by all team members.
- Each athlete will complete as many lifts as possible in 12min time frame, only 1 person can lift at time, but may take as many attempts as possible, each athletes heaviest completed weight will be added to combined total.

30 Sync Thruster RX - 50/35kg, INT - 40/30kg (1 person holding plank)
30 Handstand Push Up RX - Flat, INT - Abmat + plate (1 working, 2 holding plate over head)
60 DB Snatch 30/22.5kg, INT - 22.5/15kg (3 people sync)
30 Burpee Box Get Over (1 person working, 2 people holding wall sit)
900m Run (together)
Work from top down, All holds must be in place before athletes can work on movements,

30 Sync DB Hang C&J RX - 30/22.5kg, INT - 22.5/15kg (3 Person Sync)
Athletes may swap out at any point during workout, Wall balls must sync hitting target at top, TTB and hanging knee raise must sync at bar or at peak of knee drive upward, box jumps must sync on top of box at the same time, snatches must be 3 person sync at top
