Home to one of the best individual and partner competitions in the U.S. The Monster Games continues its tradition of excellence for 2025.

Monster Games is a comprehensive test of fitness for all levels of athletes. Your journey to Monster is simple…earn your way. Anyone from the Scaled athlete to the Games and WFP Tour caliber athlete will be tested appropriately for their division and fitness level.


The 2025 Monster Games are continuing to evolve into the most unique test of fitness outside the World Fitness Project. Nestled just weeks before WFP Tour 2, for those still chasing their dream of competing at WFP, Tour Events, Monster is the culmination of all the hard work put into making it to the season.

All workouts will be released at least 1-week prior to the event and all movements will be released by June 1, 2025.  Each athlete will register in your appropriate division you qualified through.  Teams are allowed to replace injured partners.

With experienced event and athlete programming from Jacob Heppner of Grit Performance along with Jason Ansley and Steven Tackett, Monster Games prides itself on being a full test of fitness.

Monster Games is comprised of the following Divisions:

Individuals:
Elite / Rx Men and Women
Intermediate Men / Women
Masters By Age Division Men and Women to 55+ - DOB Cutoff- December 31, 2025

Teams of 2:
Rx M/M, M/F, Co-Ed
Intermediate M/M, F/F and Co-Ed
Scaled M/M, F/F and Co-Ed
Masters M/M, F/F and Co-Ed (35+ with 1 athlete at least being 40+ years old) DOB Cutoff 7/31/25

On-Site Event Dates for the championship is July 25-27 at the Overland Park Convention Center in Overland Park, KS.

Refund Policy - If you qualify for the WFP Tour 2 as an individual, Monster Games will gladly refund your registration for the championship and backfill your spot and Team/Masters if you qualify for the CrossFit Games.  All other refunds will require you to purchase insurance at AT SIGN-UP through competition corner.  It's inexpensive and covers your base registration.  We highly recommend using this service but Monster Games IS NOT affiliated with the insurance and cannot handle disputes or refund process with them.
