About This Competition
It's time for the TYR Wodapalooza Online Challenge & Qualifier (WZAOC)! Not only is the WZAOC the first step to earning a spot to compete in Miami come January, it's also a great opportunity to throw down with your gym fam.
Our mission at TYR WZA is to celebrate Fitness, Community, and Life and there's no better way than through competition. It gives us a chance to earn the glory of the win and to prove to ourselves and others that hard work pays off.
With so many divisions to choose from, we've got something for all athletes from the open division to the elite division.
How to Compete
One community. Two ways to compete. Endless ways to celebrate.
Athletes have two options for the TYR WZAOC, individual or team of three. The first two weeks are focused on our individual athletes and kick off on Thursday, September 14th, with scores due & registration closing on Monday, September 18th at 8:00PM ET.
The second week starts on Thursday, September 21st, with scores due on Monday, September 25th at 8:00PM ET.

Teams are comprised of 3 men or 3 women. Workouts will be released starting on Thursday, October 12th, with scores due & registration closing on Monday, October 23rd at 8:00PM ET.
Individual: September 14th - September 25th, 2023
Teams of 3: October 12th - October 23rd, 2023
For athletes looking to compete at the TYR WZA Miami in January, the first step, regardless of division, is the WZAOC. All athletes are required to participate and submit the required videos in order to be eligible to earn a spot.
We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
