Getting soooo pumped for the 5th annual Lifting for Lovers competition at Mental Giants CrossFit!

25 teams for RX max
25 teams for scaled max
25 teams for masters max

$120/team (you will recieve 2 shirts)
7am - 7:30am: Athlete registration
8am: Competition starts

Selfless Teamwork WOD - Either athlete can do as much or as little as they want, just must perform movements one at a time
