We are thrilled you want attend our event. Information regarding the competition date, workouts and divisions can all be found on our landing page. From here, you can also register, view leaderboards, buy tickets, and more!

Divison Standards:

RX Male/Female:

-Clean&Jerk - 225/135

-Snatch - 155/105

-T2B/Pull ups/C2B

-Wall Walks

Scaled Male/Female:

-Clean & Jerk - 155/95

-Snatch - 135/65

-Hanging Knee Ups/Jumping Pull Ups/Pull Ups

-Scaled Wall Walks ( Open Standards)

*You will not be asked to lift these weights per say in the actually Wods, these are more guidelines to help you pick a division. All divisions are teams.

12 Hand Release Push Ups

-Each Partner Completes one full round before next partner goes

-Only one Partner working at a time

500/400M Row

3 Wall Walks

-DB = 35/25#

-Partners can split work as needed

Snatch, Clean, or Deadlift: 10 Minute time cap

Athletes who Snatch the weight earn 5 points, Cleans earn 3 points, and Deadlifts earn 1 Point.

RX: Mens Weights = 135/155/185/205/225/245/255

RX Womens Weights = 85/105/115/135/155/175/195

-Athletes are only allowed to fail twice throughout the whole WOD. If athlete fails a third time, they do not get to continue lifting the other weights.

30 DB OH Lunges

40 Pull-ups

30 DB Overhead Squats

40 Chest 2 Bar Pull-ups

-Split work as needed

AMRAP 6:00

20 Shoulder to Overhead (135/105)

20 Pistol Squats

-Athletes must split work evenly (Example, each partner must do 10 Shoulder to Overhead & 10 Pistols/ round)

AMRAP 12:00

15 Deadlifts (225/185)

20 Lateral Burpees over Bar

25 Ab Mat Sit Ups

-Althetes must complete all movements in synchronized movement.

-Deadlifts done on one Barbell

-Each Athlete will have their own abmat.

-Burpees must be done with one athlete on either side of the barbell, jumping over at the same time, then burpeeing on either side of the barbell.

Minute 1-5
