Movement Standards:
We recommend that two of the three athletes on each team be able to do the following movements:

Our format for the events will truly be “team events” so that if you cannot perform a movement as well as your teammates, they can help you out. This is so you can strategize and put athletes in the right places to perform best AS A TEAM.

EVENT 1 - CAPTAIN JACK SPARROW 15 Minute TOTAL Time CAP (10 minutes for scores 1 & 2, 5 minutes for score 3)
Score 1: 2k Row For time *Total time to complete 2k as a team rotating whenever desired.
Score 2: For time: 100 Wall Ball 20/14# 50 Strict Handstand Push Ups 100 Toes to Bar 10/8 Legless Rope Climbs *Total time to complete chipper, OR total reps completed in the time allowed. Only ONE partner working at a time. Rotate partners in and out whenever desired.
Score 3: (Complete immediately AFTER event 1 and 2, In a 5:00 Window) 3RM OHS (Bar taken from the floor) *Scored as Total weight lifted as a team. Each team member’s heaviest lift counts towards total team weight lifted.

Score 4: 400m Team Relay *Each athlete will run 400m, in relay fashion. Team score is cumulative total time to EACH complete 400m.

Max Unbroken set of Ring Muscle Ups
*Each athlete will complete a max set of muscle ups without coming off the rings. Athletes can make as many attempts as desired in the time available, but all reps must be completed UNDER the time cap. Score 7 is total cumulative number of muscle ups for the team. Tiebreak for score 7 will be total time or number of reps completed for score 6.
