About This Competition
FITTEST IN ISOLATION is an Online CrossFit Competition that you can do at home!
The goal of FITTEST IN ISOLATION is to give members of the CrossFit community an opportunity to have fun, compete with each other, support each other and continue working on their goals!
Anyone can join and be part of the competition! There is NO ENTRY FEE!
2 Divisions:
Elite Male: strict HSPU, Pistol, DU, Handstand Hold
Elite Female: Pistol, DU, Handstand Hold
Modified Male/ Female: Pushups, SU, Air Squat
Event Format:
ONLINE
4 weeks: March 30-April 26
1 Workout per Week; Registration ends on April 20
Equipment needed: 1 jump rope
Workout Release dates:
Every workout will be released on Sunday at 9PM
All event submissions due by 11:59pm on April, 26
Videos submissions accepted until 11:59pm on April, 26
