About This Competition

Mixed Pairs


Example of Movement Standards:

Barbell Loading - Thrusters 42.5/30, Snatch 42.5/30, Clean & Jerk 60/40, Front Squats 60/40, Deadlift 100/70

Gymnastics - Pull Ups, Toes to Bar, Wall Walks, Handstand Push Ups

Metcon Skills: DB Snatch 22.5/15, KB Swings 24/16, Box Jumps 24/20, Wall Balls 9/6, Double Unders


We recommend all of these standards can be met by at least 1 team member.


Other Movements: Rope Climbs, C2B, Muscle Ups, Sand Balls, Heavier Loading.


These may come up in workouts, but are not a required movement standard.

They will be used as a way to test the most capable teams, either in a final or in a workout style with an increasing difficulty as you progress

8M DB Lunge Walk (2x22.5/15)

21 Strict Pull Ups

100 Double Unders Each (complete at same time)

100 Double Unders Each (complete at same time)

8M Up/Down Lunge (2x22.5/15)

9 Strict Handstand Push Ups


  • Minimum work requirement for each athlete of 1 rep on pull ups, box jump over and handstand push up

Partner A then Partner B in 1 Minute on, 1 Minute off style


Complete the following movement on the minute. Into AMRAP Bike Calories for the remainder of the minute.


1) 15 Wall Balls 9/6

2) 15 Kettlebell Swings 24/16

3) 15 DB Hang Clean & Jerk 22.5/15

4) 15 Kettlebell Swings 24/16

5) 15 Wall Balls 9/6


Score is total Bike Calories

Every 3 Minutes, starting on 0, complete a 200m Run

50 Synchro Lunges

40 Toes to Bar

30 Burpee Box Jump Overs (20")

20 Pull Ups

10 Synchro Wall Walks

AMRAP Rope Climbs

7 Minutes for both team members to complete:


1 Snatch

2 Hang Snatch

3 Overhead Squats


Score is combined total weight.

Each team will have a 30, 50 and 70 kilogram sand ball.


In a you go I go format, Partner A pick ups a sand ball of their choice and completes a shuttle run. Once the ball is back inside the teams area, Partner B will do the same. Continue this for 5 minutes.


For every run completed, your score will be the weight of that sand ball.
