About This Competition
We would like to welcome you to the 1st edition of RARE GAMES. We’re honored to have such great support from some of the biggest companies in the kingdom and help us raise awareness to the youth.
The goal is to bring together a huge community of athletes from all fitness levels and from countries all over the world to compete, gather and celebrate well-being and fitness together.
This year the event will be held from 19-20 August 2022 at the Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre.
We promise to deliver a one-of-a-kind event that will hopefully become an annual one at that, and as strive to bring the Fitness community together to celebrate health, good habits and sport.

Team will start with rowing. Both athletes must complete the meters as described then move on to Event B. Team will then establish as many repetitions as possible of feedbag box step over (split anyhow between both partners) and synchronized Deadlifts in which both partners will work together in one Bar.

Workout Instruction
Athlete can only start the workout once other athlete hold DB Farmer Carry. If athlete dropped DB Farmer Carry, other athlete must stop working out otherwise it will be considered as no rep.
If both athletes have completed this workout in under 7 minutes, athletes may rest for the remaining of the time cap+2 minute transition for Event 3.
Athlete may begin to load the bar once Event 3 starts.

Workout Instruction

Each athlete has a total of 3 minutes to complete the lift. Once athlete 1 has completed the lift, athlete 2 can begin.

Each athlete has a total of 3 minutes to complete the lift. Once athlete 1 has completed the lift, athlete 2 can begin.

Workout Instructions
Relay Workout
Athlete 1 must complete Part A with repetitions as prescribed starting with Thrusters, then Rope Climb. Once all repetitions have been completed, Athlete 2 can begin part B.
For Time :

100 DUs
50 wall ball
25 power clean 85lbs
AMRAP Max TTB in Remaining Time
Time cap : 10:00 minute
Workout Instructions
At the start of the ascending clock, athletes will begin with Double Unders split anyhow between both athletes.
Once reps are completed they can move on to Wall Balls (START STANDING TALL) split anyhow between both athletes. Once Wall balls are completed, team can then move on to Power Clean.
Once athletes are done from 2 rounds, they start max reps of Toes to Bar (Both athlete feet must touch the bar) for the remaining time untill time cap.

. Overhead Walking Lunges 30M (Each ATHLETE 15M)

Then 4 Rounds, I Go You Go
. 12 Deadlift
. 9 Hang power Clean
. 6 Shoulder to Overhead

. Overhead lunges 30M (Each ATHLETE 15M)
Time cap : 10-Minutes
Workout Instructions
Cash in: One time only.
Each athlete will begin the workout with 15M Overhead Walking Lunges (total of 30M), then athlete will move on to 30 Synchronized Toes To Bar (Both Athletes toes must touch the bar at the same time).
Next is an I GO YOU GO Style workout.
4 rounds in total. Athlete 1 must complete 1 full round of DT before Athlete 2 can begin.
Cash out: One time only.
Team will end the workout with a cash out of 30 Synchronized Toes To Bar (Both Athletes toes must touch the bar at the same time), then each athlete must complete 15M Overhead walking lunges for each athlete (total of 30M) to the finish line.
