Welcome to the South East Summer Series – the ultimate local CrossFit Throwdown that blends fitness, fun, and community across three powerhouse gyms in Southeast London!
This isn’t just another comp. Over the course of a single day, teams will battle it out across three epic locations, testing their fitness, grit, and teamwork in a series of workouts that will push limits and build memories.
But here’s the twist: you have to commute between gyms in the greenest, most eco-friendly way possible. Whether you cycle, run, or even rollerblade — this isn’t just a test of strength and endurance, but also sustainability and smarts.
Expect beachy vibes, serious workouts, and good times. With music pumping, local vendors, prizes up for grabs, and a community that shows up loud — the SE Summer Series is where South East London’s fittest come to throw down.
Event Format:
- Teams of 4 [2M2F]
- 3 Gyms. 3 Workouts. 2 Green Commutes.
- Divisions: Rx & Scaled
- Eco-bonus points for the greenest teams

Commute scoring as follows:
Run = 8 points
Cycle = 6 points
Electric Bike/Scooter = 4 points
Bus/Train = 2 points
Car/Taxi = 1 point
Teams can travel separately and accrue different points. Once all travel points have been logged teams will then be assigned a final score following the main scoring structure.
