Fall Fitness Festival
About This Competition
Welcome to the Fall Fitness Festival!
This event is meant to bring the fitness community together. If you like to Powerlift, Crossfit, Bodybuild or even run, this event is for you. There will be two competitions being held. The first is the 1/2 ton challenge and the second is a 3 part test of fitness. Work outs will be released leading up to the event. If you have any questions feel free to email us.

- Athlete briefing will start at 9 AM
- Competition will start at 10 AM
- Competition will end at 5 PM or sooner.

Deadlift
Back Squat
Strict Press
The three lifts combined must total 1,000 pounds or more do win the challenge.
Standards/Rules:
There will be 3 attempts for each lift. You can increase the weight on the bar for each attempt.
The deadlift should be performed in the "conventional style." Sumo Deadlift is not allowed. Once the hips and knees are locked out and underneath the athletes torso the rep will be complete.
The back squat should be performed as a "high bar" back squat. The hip crease should go below 90 degrees at the bottom of the movement and the lift will be finished with the hips underneath the torso and joints locked out.
The strict press will start at the chest and pressed over head.The elbow and shoulder joint should be completely locked out with the arms fully extended. This will indicate a completed lift.
