About This Competition

Join CrossFit Journey on June 3 for a same-sex partner competition with Rx and Scaled divisions.

WODs

WOD 1 (first WOD is 2 parts)

A) For Time 2K Row (9 Minute Time Cap)

1 second will be added to score for each meter under 2K. Example 1950 meters rowed will be a score of 9:50.

Both Athletes must row at minimum 1 Meter. Scoring for part A is by time.

B) 9 Minute AMRAP

12 Deadlifts (135#/95# RX) (95#/65# SCALED)
9 Hang Power Cleans (135#/95# RX) (95#/65# SCALED)
6 Shoulder to Overhead (135#/95# RX) (95#/65# SCALED)

Both Athletes must complete 1 cycle of the 12-9-6 for score to count. Score will be total reps completed.

Both athletes will be working at the same time, one on part A the other on part B. Athletes can switch between the rower and the AMRAP as often as needed.

12 Minute Amrap

20 Burpees over the bar

Each athlete must perform 1 rep of each, split reps however you want. After the 20th burpee over the bar go back to the double unders.

40 Knee Raises
20 Burpees over the bar

Each athlete must perform 1 rep of each, split reps however you want. After the 20th burpee over the bar go back to the single unders.
