50 single unders with Drag Rope

10 bar pushups (set bar on rig to 20 inches from the ground)
10 dumbbell shoulder-to-overheads
50 Single unders with drag ropes

♂ 35-lb. dumbbells
55 plus masters and teens (25/15 DBs)
Time cap: 10 min
12-9-6 reps for time of:
Snatches
Burpee box jump-overs (must jump)
♀ 65 lb., 20 in.
♂ 105 lb., 24 in.
Time cap: 7 min.
Masters 55 plus and teens (85/55 and you can step)

100 wall-ball shots
