About This Competition

TheWORK Invitational

TheWORK Invitational is at its 3rd edition and has the goal to bring together individual athletes from all around the country that love to compete in the spirit of fitness.

 

The event will be live and will take place at GymOne6, in Timișoara, Romania.

In order to participate at the competition, you only need to register (there are no qualifiers).

General information:


Registration price is 55 EUR (Plus taxes)

Divisions (Spots for Women/Men):

  • INTERMEDIATE (20/30)
  • BEGINNERS (20/30)

(If you’re under 18, in order to participate, you must send us your parents consent via e-mail, at caius.gabriel@yahoo.com)

All registration fees will not be refunded unless the competion will be CANCELED!

INTERMEDIATE Only

Find you 1 rep max in 4 min:

Squat Clean

- The barbell must be loaded @60/40 kg or above for the first attempt in your division!
- If you miss a repetition you are allowed to repeat it only once!

- If the barbell is lifted of the floor in the time cap, the athlete is allowed to complete the lift!
