About This Competition

CASH PRIZES for 1st Place Teams in each division, gift bag prizes for 2nd and 3rd place

2 Divisions: Scaled and Intermediate (will go in this order) Same sex and Co-Ed Partner Teams of 2

Gauntlet Style will consist of 4 workouts each 7 minutes in length with a 3-minute rest and transition to the next workout. 

Workouts will be posted 7/25/2025

Deadline to Register will be 8/4/2025 by noon (NO REFUNDS)

Heat times posted 8/6/2025 by 1pm

Starting time 9am until about 3pm.

Registration Fees: $150 per team register via Competition Corner

Workouts

Intermediate
- Partner A: 250m Row


- Partner B: AMRAP of:
- 10 Wall Balls
- 4 DB Man Makers

1 Dumbbell Manmaker: From Deadlift lockout with dumbbells push up to db + one arm row + push up to dumbell + alternate arm row + Thruster. Hands may not leave the db for the rep to count. Do not throw or drop dbs from overhead.... 

Team Style: Partner A rows while Partner B works. Switch roles every round. Partners pick up where other left off. Partner must complete the manmaker before switching for the repetition to count. 

Wall Balls

  • Intermediate: 20/14 to 10/9ft
  • Scaled: 14/10 to 9/8ft

Man Makers 

  • Intermediate: 50s/35s
  • Scaled: 35s/20s

Scoring: Total reps completed by the non-rowing partner each round.

 

7 Min AMRAP

Intermediate
- 10 Burpee Pull-Ups
- 20 DB Hang Cleans (50/35)
- 60 Double Unders

Scaled
- 10 Burpees
- 20 DB Hang Cleans (35/20)
- 60 Single Unders

One person working at a time. 

Goal: Keep moving and cycle through rounds quickly while staying sharp on transitions.

Barbell Complex 

- 1 Deadlift
- 1 Hang Power Clean
- 1 Front Squat
- 1 Push Press
- 1 Back Squat
- Reset bar to floor

Note: Max rounds of the full complex completed in 7 min between partners. Each partner must complete the full complex before switching. Complex must be completed unbroken. 

Score = Total completed complexes.

Intermediate: 115/75 

Scaled: 75/55

Time Cap: 7 Min

Buy-In:
50 Synchro Sit-Ups (tie break)

Then, AMRAP of:
- 10 Synchronized Box Jumps
- 20 Alt DB Snatches 
- 30 Hand-Release Push-Ups

Box Jumps

  • Int. 24/20
  • Scaled 20/16 (Step Ups allowed)  

Dumbbell Snatches

  • Intermediate 50/35
  • Scaled: 35/20

Synchro Movements: Partners must be at the top of each movement at the same time before coming down or stepping down.
