Community Over COVID
About This Competition
Community Over COVID is an “Open to All” online competition with the sole mission of providing support for both the Charleston, SC Food and Beverage industry and those working the frontlines. 100% of registration fees will be used to buy coffee, food and beers from local Charleston establishments which will then be delivered to our local hospital employees and first responders. Grab your fitfam members and let's have some fun for a great cause!
Refunds: All registrations are final. No refunds.
Flow:
There are 5 total workouts to be completed over 6 days in the order of your choosing. Workouts 1 & 2 will be released Wednesday, April 22. Workouts 3 & 4 will be released Thursday, April 23. The final, COVID19 workout will be released Friday, April 24.
Divisions:
Movement (1 odd object and/or your choice DB weight!)
Performance (jump rope and 1 50/35# DB)
Prizes for top M/F local Charleston participants, SC and non-local participants!
