About This Competition

Saturday, May 17th:
RX, Team of 2: FF, MF, and MM (3 separate divisions)
Intermediate, Team of 2: FF, MF, and MM (3 separate divisions)

Sunday, May 18th:
Scaled, Team of 2: FF, MF, and MM (3 separate divisions)
Masters 35-39, Team of 2: Any pairing of gender, One division (FF, MF, MM)
Masters 40+, Team of 2: Any pairing of gender, One division (FF, MF, MM)

*For Master divisions, you sign up for the division based on your age in 2024 (Example: 34 on April 14th, 2024, 35 on August 14th, 2024, eligible for Masters 35-44)

*No refunds

*RX, Intermediate, and Scaled: Athletes may substitute a same gender partner (Male for Male, Female for Female) up until in-person registration the morning of the event.

*Rx, Intermediate, and Scaled: Athletes may substitute a different gender partner (Male for Female, or Female for Male) up until April 27th, 2024 @ 11:59pm.

*Masters 35-39 and 40+: Athletes may substitude same or different gender partner up until in-person registration the morning of the event

*Workout Releases:

  • January 1st, 2025
  • February 1st, 2025
  • March 1st, 2025
  • April 1st, 2025

*Athletes and Vendors will set-up outside - there will be no food vendors - there will be water bottles provided along with multiple porta potties - bring clothing, tents, chairs, food, etc. based on weather and length of the day - approximately 7am-4pm with 4 workouts for all teams

*In the case of a tie, the tiebreak will go to who did more BMU (ex. 5x BMU beats 10x Burpee Pull-ups)

*If a team does a hybrid of both, the tie will go to who did more BMU (ex. Team 1: 5x BMU + 10x Burpee Pull-ups beats Team 2: 2x BMU + 16x Burpee Pull-ups)
