About This Competition
ALL PROFITS from "The Raid" will be donated to the Semper Fi Fund to help support wounded veterans and their families.
"The Raid" is a 2-person, same sex CrossFit team event. It consists of 3 workouts, 1 floater workout, and a finals event (top-5 in each division qualify).
CASH PRIZES for division winners!! (Up to $500 RX and $300 Scaled)
There will be an RX and a Scaled Division for both male and female teams.
Workouts will include barbell and dumbbell exercises, plyometrics, gymnastics, cardio, and/or calisthenics.
