Workouts

12 Minute Cap 30 Deadlifts 20 Squat Cleans 10 Shoulder to Overhead 10 Synchro Burpees over the Bar 10 Should to Overhead 20 Squat Cleans 30 Deadlifts in remaining time Max Front Rack Reverse Lunges 125

7 Minutes Max Calories on Assault Bike Must complete 10 yards of broad jumps each time you switch

5 Rounds: Partner 1 will sprint 20 yards then complete two dual KB Deadlifts and Two Box Jump-Overs. Partner 2 will sprint 20 yards then complete two total single arm Dumbbell Snatches and two box jump overs. Repeat adding 2 reps to each round (2-4-6-8-10). Only one sprint per round.

One Partner completes a 3 rep max back squat. Other Partner completes a clean front Squat overhead press.

Each Partner completes two 5-10-5 shuttle Drills. Score is combination of each partners best time.
