HYROX race day simulation - INDIVIDUALS


Saturday 16th March at JJK Fitness

10:00-14:00

Our athletes have had incredible success at HYROX events around the globe. We have produced multiple podium finishes across all categories, including in the World championships in Las Vegas and Manchester. 


Our track record speaks for itself and that is why HYROX training is an integral part of our DNA. 


Our dedicated HYROX coaches have created bespoke training sessions to ensure you are race day ready. 


You will run all 8 x 1km runs along with all 8 workout stations in the exact order at HYROX along with the correct weights for your category. 


You can expect the experience to feel like you're at an actual HYROX competition. 


As space is limited, make sure you secure your place at this exciting event.
