How it works?
Teams will be given an allocated start time to complete the race as quick as possible. Workload can be divided between the team however you wish (unless otherwise stated)
Teams that have 2 Males and 1 Female will use the heavier weights
Teams that have 2 females and 1 male will use the lighter weights
All teams will be in the same category.
We are delighted to announce that each team entry will include entry to our onsite sauna and ice baths post race courtesy of @duddlestonefarm and each athlete will also get a free @redbulluk and Grenade Bar
The race, much like hyrox is open to all abilities and ages and will be a great way to test yourself in the fitness racing world.
You do NOT have to a be member of Spartan chamber to enter.
Prizes for the fastest three teams on the day.
