About This Competition

Here we go!!!

 

We are looking forward to inviting you to another competition here at NWK Maidstone.


This time we are hosting teams of three. Each team must have a combined age of at least 100 years old and 2 men and 1 female. We will be asking for proof of age on the day!!!!!


This competition is open for everyone, be it your first competition or you are a seasoned veteran. It will run over 2 days. The first day will be for you RX monsters. The Second day will be a great chance for those of you that have done a couple of Comps or those who want to give your first Comp ago.

RX division - Saturday 18th May,

Scaled Division- Sunday 19th May,


RX Division

- Required Gymnastic and skill movements,

1) Pull ups,

2) Handstand push ups,

3) Wall Walks!


- Barbell movements,


We recommend male team members should be comfortable with 60kg Barbell movements.

We recommend female team members should be comfortable with 40kg Barbell movements.


-DB and KB


We recommend male team members should be comfortable with 22.5kg DB and 24Kg KB.

We recommend female team members should be comfortable with 15kg DB and 16Kg KB.


Everyday Division

- Required Gymnastic and skill movements,

1) Knee raises,

2) Scaled Wall Walks!


- Barbell movements,


We recommend male team members should be comfortable with 50kg Barbell movements.

We recommend female team members should be comfortable with 30kg Barbell movements.


-DB and KB


We recommend male team members should be comfortable with 15kg DB and 16Kg KB.

We recommend female team members should be comfortable with 10kg DB and 12Kg KB.
