About This Competition

Co- Ed Partner Competition based off of Class CrossFit Benchmarks


WORKOUTS:

1) “Jacked Up” – 8 min AMRAP

1000m row(500m apiece), 80 Thrusters 45lbs, max CTBPU in remaining time

Masters – Pull-ups, Scaled KB Swings 53/35

Partner A rows 500m then begins on 80 Thrusters while partner B then rows 500m. Once all thrusters are complete, partners move on to pullups/KBS. Partition as needed.


2) “Annabelle” – Snatch(RX)/Clean ladder (Masters/scaled)

Men – 135,155,175,195,205,215,225,235,245,255 lbs
Women – 95,105,115,125,135,145,155,165,175,185 lbs

Athletes will have 1 min to perform 20 DU(RX/Master) or 40 singles (Master/Scaled) and the remainder of the time to complete the prescribed lift. *Team score will be combined total of best successful lifts by each partner.


3) “Fight Gone Worse” – 10 min EMOM where Partner A will work the ODD minutes and Partner B the EVEN minutes.

High wall ball(RX) 20/14 to 12’/10’ line, Masters WB 20/14, Scaled WB 14/10 (10’/9’ line)
SDHP 95/65(RX), 75/55 Master/Scaled
Box Jump 30/24” (RX), 24/20” Master/Scaled
S2OH 95/65(RX), 75/55 Master/Scale
Burpee over bar


4) Floater – All divisions

1 min max calories on the assault bike – score is total combined calories
