About This Competition
We've been waiting to find out the dates of the Open because we didn't want this to clash but now these have been finalised we can announce our "After The Open... Same Sex Pairs!" The dates work perfectly...
The Open is over and done with... You've trained hard and you're at the peak of your fitness as a result... Why not put all the effort to good use and compete in the final Form Fitness Series competition of the year?
This is a mixed ability and open age category competition. As always, the workouts will be challenging and testing for all, but there will be the potential to scale each WOD to make sure it's suitable for you.
If you have never done a competition before, this is a perfect one to get involved with! We believe our competitions are the best box-based, no-qualifier competition in the UK.
With a DJ, world class photographer and an amazingly experienced competition team you will be sure to have fun and be challenged on the day.
All teams will complete 4 workouts.
There will be prizes for all the podium teams.
