Barbells For Bullies: New Jersey
About This Competition
On a mission to AMRAP: Help As Many Rescues As Possible.
This will be an in person event held at RedShed Crossfit in Roxbury Township, NJ.
DIVISIONS:
RX - FOR SEASONED CROSSFIT ATHLETES Who CAN HANDLE PRETTY MUCH ANY MOVEMENT WE THROW AT THEM.
SCALED - CROSSFITTERS who MAY NOT HAVE ALL THE TECHNICAL SKILL OR STRENGTH BUT ARE STILL PRETTY STINKIN' GOOD AT CROSSFIT.
This is a partners competition consisting of m/m, m/f, and f/f divisions.
Cost is $100 per pair for entry, and if you want an extra shirt (seen below) you can purchase one at checkout until 8/24. Events are a lot more fun for everyone when everyone gets involved, so please follow us on Facebook and Instagram and share our events!

WOD’n Is Complex
10:00 to hit 1 RM
Partner 1 0:00-5:00
Partner 2 5:00-10:00
1 power clean
2 hang squat clean
3 push jerk
Performed as a complex.
Score is combined total of partner 1 and 2’s heaviest lift. Once the bar leaves the ground at the initiation of the power clean, it cannot touch the ground again until 3 push jerks are successfully completed - otherwise the complex does not count.

10 Single Arm DB Thrusters (5 per side) (50/35, 35/25)
10 Box Jump Over RX 24/20" (Scaled may do step overs)
50 DU RX / 50 SUs Scaled
Partner rides Assault Bike for calories while other works. Partners must switch every round.
Score is rounds/reps + total calories

Score is time or CAP + reps remaining (ex: timecap expires and team completed 40 pull ups, score is cap + 40 [20 OHS and 20 burpees remain[)
