Which Division is Right for your Team?
Rx Division ::
Your team performs daily WODs without scaling or modifying. You can efficiently do movements like pull-ups, double unders, & handstand pushups. You are confident with a barbell and can do full Squat Snatches and/or full Squat Clean at or above 95lbs.
BAM Division (Badass In the Making) ::
Athletes that are new to the competition scene or beginners. Needs to do modifications in most WODs, new to olympic lifting, and newer to functional fitness. Typically, this would be your first or possibly second competition.
After your team registers, you will receive a unique referral link to share! If 3 teams use your unique referral link, your team spot will be FREE!!! That's right, bring ALL of your friends.

Front Squats must be power cleaned up. The rep starts from full extension of the hips and knees with elbows in front of the bar, the squat passes below parallel, and then ends with the knees and hips fully extended with the bar still on the shoulders and elbows in front of the bar.

Partner Wallballs:
Only the partner with the ball in hand needs to squat. Each time the ball hits the target on the wall it will count as a rep. 9’ line for both divisions.
Partner BFSU
Using ab mats, one partner will lean back, and have the wallball touch the ground above their head, then sit up and pass the ball to their partner, who will then lean back and touch the ball to the ground above their head. Each time the ball touches the ground it is a rep. (only one partner doing a sit up at a time)
After the row, it becomes a tag in tag out event. All athletes can be at the rower for the 1500m. As soon as the last row is done, one partner will move back to the starting area, and two will move to the wallballs. Athletes can rotate as needed. The only work requirement is on the row.

Once athlete 1 has finished their max, Athlete 2 will start working on their 3 rep max hang power snatch. Once they have established their max, athlete 3 will work on establishing a 5 rep max OHS (from the rack). The team may assist in picking the barbell back up to the rack. However, during each lift, the non-working athletes will be behind the safety line.
There is a 12 minute clock. The team can divide the clock however they would like.
