Details:

Join us for a morning/early afternoon of fun & raising money for The Ulman Foundation! October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Nevermore wants to help bring awareness, and also support a local organization which is near & dear to many of our hearts.  

This competition will be short & sweet - with two workouts and a final WOD for RX & Scaled (and maybeee a floater) for each team. Each team will have a small registration fee, and will also be given a fundraising page to set up and raise funds for the event.

THE GOAL IS FOR EACH ATHLETE TO HIT $300!

Proceeds will go directly to the Ulman Foundation.  

Prizes will be given to the winning teams from each division, as well as to the overall fundraising winners!

This will be a day of community fun, commraderie, and - of course - competition!

REGISTER BY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 15TH TO GET A SHIRT & TEAM SIGN!

Divisions:

RX, Scaled & Foundations

(All ages combined)

RX:

  • Should be able to complete all "Girl" WODs at RX weights.
  • Should have been able to complete all CrossFit Open WODs at RX weights / movements.
    • If muscle ups are seen, they will be a "finals" movement.

Scaled:

  • Should have been able to complete all CrossFit Open WODs at scaled weights / movements.
    • If pull-ups are seen, they will be a "finals" movement.

Foundations:

  • Mostly bodyweight movements with some light kettlebell, dumbbell or wallball. No barbell in this division.
  • Good for anyone who enjoys basic level fitness and just wants to come support and try out a first competition!
