About This Competition

If you're looking for an inclusive, fun, and community-driven event, this is it! Gather your same-sex team of 3 and get ready for an epic day of fitness at 732 CrossFit, in collaboration with Anti Social Athletes Club. Event Information: 4 Scored Workouts designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and teamwork. Scaled and Rx Categories for all fitness levels. Awesome Prizes for podium finishers. Food and Refreshments available on the day. Professional Photography—capture your best moments with an on-site photographer. Pumping Tunes and Good Vibes to keep the energy high all day. Expect a classic throwdown that's as fun as it is challenging, bringing together the community for an unforgettable day! Movement Standards: Scaled Category: Barbell weights will be light and accessible or involve team strategy for power output or max-out events. Dumbbell Movements: 15/10kg Kettlebell Movements: 16/12kg Fundamental movements such as squats (hip crease below parallel) and lunges (knee to floor) are required. No high-skill gymnastics (e.g., handstand push-ups, muscle-ups). Workouts are tailored to provide scaled athletes with a balance of fun and challenge. Rx Category: Barbell Movements: 60/40kg Dumbbell Movements: 22.5/15kg Kettlebell Movements: 24/16kg Athletes must perform foundational movements like squats (hip crease below parallel) and lunges (knee to floor). High-skill gymnastics such as chest-to-bars, toes-to-bars, and pull-ups are expected. Workouts are programmed to test the strength and skills of Rx athletes while delivering an exciting challenge. *** Once the 1500/1200 m is done on the ski/row, all athletes can rotate on the Echo Bike
