About This Competition

Til januar går det for alvor løs igen. Den næste PURE masters-konkurrence løber af stablen hos Gimlis CrossFit: Masters of the North. Måløv Bygade 229, 2670 Måløv.

Masters of the North, Snow Storm-Edition vil være i teams af 2 personer (MM/KK) og det er den yngste på holdet, der definerer, i hvilken aldersgruppe man stiller op i. Man skal være fyldt år på konkurrencedagen.

Vi kommer til at køre følgende aldersinddelte divisioner:

Crossfitters & Competitors. En øvelsesoversigt over divisionerne kan I se her:

Det bliver en en-dagskonkurrence med alt CrossFit byder på. Cardio, Skills, styrke, taktik, sprint m.m.

In January, it’s happening again. The next PURE masters competition takes place at Gimlis CrossFit: Masters of the North. Måløv Bygade 229, 2670 Måløv.

Masters of the North, Snow Storm-Edition will be in teams of 2 people (MM/FF) and it is the youngest on the team who defines in which age group you will participate in. You must be minimum year to fit the category.

We will be running the following age divisions:

Crossfitters & Competitors. You can see an exercise overview of the divisions here:

It will be a one-day competition with everything CrossFit has to offer. Cardio, Skills, strength, tactics, sprint etc.

A:Wallballs og Dumbbell overhead hold.Comp: 2*22,5/2*15. Cross: 2*15/2*12.
Score: antal wallballs.

B: EchoBike og D-ballhold.
D-ball: Comp: 40/30. Cross: 35/20.
Score: antal cal på echo.

C: Synkront Kettlebell arbejde. Comp: 24/16. Cross: 20/12.
Ladder: 3 one arm swings, 3 kb hang snatch højre, 3 kb hangcleans højre. 3 på venstre side. Ladder: stiger med 3.
Score: samlet antal reps.

D: Ski og Dball2shoulder. Comp: 50/35. Cross: 40/30.
Score: Antal DBall2shoulder og antal max cal lagt sammen.
