About This Competition

The "Kenko throwdown" is an induvidual virtual online competition. 

 

Designed withminimal equipent for those stuck in lockdowns.

Equipment needed : Barbell, weights (weights required in divions), Kettlebell, Dumbbell, skipping rope, walball.

Refund policy: no refunds

 

Substitute policy, you can transfer your name across to some else if you can't compete, 1 week prior to first event, once event is running no name transfers

 

Start date:

First workout released  Monoday November 1st.

Second workout released Monday November 8th

Third workout released November 15th

Fourth workout released Monday November 22nd 

 

PLEASE SEE MOVEMENT STANDARDS VIA WEBSITE ABOVE

 

Score/video submission:

Video must be uploaded/submitted with scores by Sunday 11pm AEST
Upload videos via you tube and paste the link across with your scores,

 if your video is not submitted your score will stand on the leader board so you can see how your placing, although if you win the comp with no video uploaded your score will be void.
