Workouts

00:00 - 01:00 : Athlete 1 will perform 10 Burpee-to-Plate followed by as many reps as possible in the remaining time of strict pull-ups.

01:15 - 02:15 : Athlete 2 will perform 10 Burpee-to-Plate followed by as many reps as possible in the remaining time of strict pull-ups.

01:30 - 02:30 : the same pattern will repeat a further 4 times.

Score: total pull-ups from all 10 rounds.

Athlete 1 will begin on the ECHO Bike accumulating calories.

Athlete 2 can then perform 12 American Kettlebell Swings after which time they will be allowed to switch in for athlete 1.

Any further changeover must be preceded by 12 further swings.

Score: final calories.

00:00 - 07:00 : Both athletes will share a barbell, taking as many efforts as they like within the time period to record a 1RM Shoulder-to-Overhead; the heaviest successful effort will count.

07:00 - 14:00 : Both athletes will share a barbell, taking as many efforts as they like within the time period to record a 3RM Front Squat; the heaviest successful effort will count.

SCORE: total load of all 4 lifts.

Athlete 1 will row 500m, immediately afterwards both athletes will combine to complete 40 Box Jump Overs.

Once complete, athlete 2 will row 500m. In order to switch working athletes there must be a physical tag.

Score: final time.

00:00 - 07:00 : Athlete 1 will have up to 7 minutes to run 1km on the SkillMill as fast possible.

07:00 - 14:00 : Athlete 2 will have up to 7 minutes to run 1km on the SkillMill as fast possible.

Score: combined total time.
