KICKING OFF CHRISTMAS SEASON IN TRUE FUEL STYLE!


MIXED PAIRS COMPETITION SIGN UP.

Welcome to the inaugural FUEL Fitmas Games .

We are SUPER excited to get everyone together for one huge Festive Saturday of fitness, fun & socialising.

COMPETITION FORMAT

The format of the Mixed (M/F) Pairs competition will be as followed; Pairs will compete across 4 x 10 minute time capped workouts, with a 5 minute break between workouts.


For example, if your start time is 9.00am, your workouts will be at 9.00am,9.15am, 9.30am and 9.45am. The first heat will start at 8.00am, with the last heat starting at 1:00pm. 


The 4 workouts will programmed by one the 4 FUEL Coaches - Alice, Duncan, Jas & Jo.

4.30 - 6.00

Athlete 2 : 9 Cal Ski - Max Burpee to Plate

Both Athletes - Max Cal Ski


Score = Overall Total of Burpee + Total of Cals in final 2 Minute Window.

30 Cal Assault Bike

30 Synchro DB GTOH 12.5/17.5kg

20 Cal Assault Bike

20 Synchro DB GTOH 15/22.5kg

10 Cal AB Athlete 1

10 DB GTOH Athlete 2 17.5/25kg

Max Cal Assault Bike in remainder of 8 Minutes.



Score = Reps on Completed.

Athlete 1 - 3RM Deadlift

Athlete 2 - 1RM Deadlift


Score = Combined weight of bars.

WORKOUT TIME - 8 Minutes


-100 Cal C2 Bike

-Max Distance Row (meters) in remaining time


Once cals on bike are completed pair have the remainder of 8 minutes to Row as far as possible. Both Row and bike can be split however the pair choose.


Score = Distance on Rower on 8 minutes (no roll over)
