About This Competition

Nous vous donnons rendez-vous le week end du 25 et 26 MAI 2019 pour deux jours de pure folie en votre compagnie à Décathlon Avignon nord, avec du matériel de qualité Made in France CROSSLIFTOR !

- Pour le format, nous avons décidé de passer sur deux jours pour faciliter l’accessibilité à la compétition.

- Au niveau des inscriptions, elles ouvriront le dimanche 2 décembre 2018 à 12:00 précise !

- Au moment des inscriptions vous aurez le choix entre deux catégories :

Team RX*
homme/homme
homme/femme
vous pourrez rencontrer entre autre :
Chest to bar, bar muscle up, handstand push up, ring muscle up, thruster, squat snatch, squat clean, clean and jerk, push press, push jerk, overhead squat....

*savoir faire tous les mouvements de gym et haltérophilie.

Team SC*
homme/homme
Homme/femme
Vous pourrez rencontrer entre autre :
Pull ups,push ups, wall ball, thruster, squat clean, clean and jerk, push press, push jerk....

*aucun mouvement complexe ne sera à réaliser sur les premiers évents.

N’oubliez pas que les places sont limitées donc il faudra être réactif !

Quand l'athlète A revient de la course, alors la team se ralaye et l'athlète B part à son tour courir. L'athlète A reprend donc les max rounds. 

NB : Les athlètes se passent le relay uniquement lorsque l'athlète termine la série de 10 REPS qu'il a commencé, quelque soit le mouvement. (MÊME si celui-ci n'a fait qu'une seule répétition sur la série)
