Division guidelines:
Athletes should expect the following skills/weights for RX/Scaled division.
Pull-ups/Ring Rows or Jumping Pull-ups
T2B/Knee Raise
Double Unders/Single Unders
Dumbbell movements (50/35)/(35/20)
Wall walks/Open Scaled Wall Walk Standard
Handstand Push Ups
Barbell Squats
Expect bar or ring mu (pull-ups for scaled) in the final workout/Pull-ups
