Tropic Thunder Twins is a same sex pairs competition with Rxd and Scaled categories. Each pair will compete in 3 workouts over a single day of competition. Movements and workouts will be released closer to competition day.

In 5 minutes, complete:
60 Barbell Ground to Overheads
into max rep Wall Balls in remaining time
Athlete's will work one at a time to complete both movements. Athletes may swap at any time and split reps any how. Ground to overhead can be either snatch or clean and jerk.
RX'd BB: 50kg/35kg
Scaled BB: 40kg/25kg
Wall Ball Weight: 20lb/14lb for both divisions
Wall Ball Height: 10ft/9ft for both divisions
In 5 minutes, both athletes will etablish a 1 rep max barbell clean.
The clean may be squat or power. Athletes may swap at any time and complete as many reps as desired.
The score will be the combined total of each athletes' heaviest successful lift.

60 Deadlifts (100kg/70kg) [Scaled 80kg/60]
60 Ski Erg Calories [Scaled Female: 40 Calories]
60 Shoulder to Overhead (60kg/40kg) [Scaled: 50kg/30kg]
Athletes will work one at a time to complete the chipper. Athletes can swap at any time and split reps any how.
