About This Competition

The Irish Fitness Championships 2024 Returns to Limerick, Ireland. This years new format will see athletes compete across 3 Days of competition between two unique venues in Limerick.

RX Individuals - Friday Nights Light, All Day Sat & All Day Sun.
Inter Individuals - Friday Nights Light & All Day Sat.
RX Masters Pair Same Sex - All Day Sun
Inter Teams of 3 Same Sex - All Day Sun
Scaled Teams of 3 Same Sex - All Day Sat

Workouts will be released from June weekly in the run up to the event, although we will be keeping a few tricks up our sleeves.

Dates: Under each category specific competition days are noted.

Refunds: We are operating a No refund system. Any tickets re-sold must be communicated to the IFC team prior to the event and no later than 01JUN24.

*Note* For the Masters Team both athletes must be over 35 prior to commencing the event.

Standards: For the Specified weights, it is recommedend that the athlete can hit them on a good day rather than for multiple reps.
