Here's the Deal:
-Each partner takes a section and has 4 minutes to complete all reps.
-Athletes must reach FULL DEPTH on the thruster.
-Chin visibly over the bar, chest touches the bar or clear lock out over top in the MU is required
-Score is the team's total time. Incomplete workouts are scored Cap+ Missed Reps
VIDEO REQUIREMENTS:
-One person works at a time and must have a 4-minute clock visible in the video
-At the start of each section, the athlete must state their name, show the weight loaded on the barbell, and give Shane a compliment.
-Squat depth and pull-up height MUST be visible in the video. We suggest a 45-degree angle.

Here's the Deal:
-Each partner completes an 8 minute section for max reps
-Athletes must hit chest to deck and stand to full extension with DBs locked out over head on the devils press
-Athletes must stand tall on top of the box - hips and knees at full extension.
VIDEO REQUIREMENTS:
-Only one partner works at a time. Each partner needs an 8-minute clock that is visible in the video
-Cal MUST be shown in the video. You cannot begin on the ladder until the screen shows 60 cals
-Cals and complete range of motion for devils presses and box jumps MUST be visible in the video. We suggest a 45-degree camera angle.

Here's the deal:
-Each partner takes on a 12-minute section, ending in a 3RM snatch
-Snatches throughout can be power or squat. NO HANG SNATCHES. Athletes must show complete range of motion, ending in a full standing position with hips, knees and elbows locked out and bar overhead.
-ONE GRIP on the 3RM. Athletes can regrip at the hips if necessary. So long as the lift started prior to the end of the time cap, an athlete can finish the 3RM attempt after the buzzer.
-T2B need to show feet behind the uprights in the swing and toes touching the bar at the same time.
VIDEO REQUIREMENTS:
-One athlete works at a time. Teammates can help change weights for working athlete.
-At the start of each section, the athlete must state their name, show the weights for planned changes and hit their best ninja move.
-Each athlete needs a 12-minute clock running clock that is visible in the video.
-Videos should end with athletes showing the weight loaded on the bar for their last successful 3RM.
