Girls Gone Rx is so much more than just another competition. Our events are brought together by women who are extremely dedicated to empowerment and uplifting others. We focus on Competing For a Cure throughout our communities.

Girls Gone Rx focuses on community over competition; celebrating all the powerful women who want to change the world. All of our events benefit Breast Cancer Charities around the globe!

Divisions details to help you decide what to register for-

RX Division :: Your team can efficiently do the following: pull-ups, double unders, & handstand pushups. Can efficiently do a full Squat Snatch and/or full Squat Clean & Jerk at or above 95lbs.

BAM Division (Badass In the Making) :: Athletes that are new to the competition scene or beginners. Needs to do modifications like jumping pull-ups, new to olympic lifting, and needs to modify most of the workouts.

What does that mean for your team? You and your team will have from Oct 13-17th at 5pm to complete all workouts. You must video your workouts and your team captain will submit 1 score for your team. You will have the option to hide your score until the deadline as well to keep the event exciting! We will ask for videos if we need to verify your score or if you are in the top.
Final results from the Leaderboard will be announced by 8pm on Oct 18th. We will release certain video requirements as well so that everyone will be doing them within the timeframe.

Re-Do after score has been submitted?
Yes you can enter your scores as many times as you wish from the 13th through Oct 17th at 5pm. Keep in mind scores may be hidden as well.

What about my Swag?!
The swag for all teams and winning teams is the most we have seen yet! We have such amazing sponsors and they really hooked this event up!

Your team swag bags (which has samples, tanks/crops, team name signs; which are soooo cool, and much much more) will be at Alaka'i CrossFit ready anytime after Oct  17th. If the drive is too far, please email Ikaika Pascua ikaika@alakaicf.com with your team name and mailing address so he can send your team bag to you. 1 address per team please 

Top 3 Teams and Top Fundraising Team

Your swag for winning will be at Alaka'i CrossFit anytime after Oct 18th! You can pick it up with your team check in bags too if you choose. Your team will also receive podium signs for you to take home or take back to your gyms! You will need to pick this up as it is too much to ship (given sizes of signs and some products)
